When I started this business, nearly 9 years ago, I had no idea where it would take me. I’ve loved this journey. I’ve made sweet friends, captured the cutest smiles, and explored some of the most breathtaking locations, all while being able to have a flexible schedule for my little ones.
I’m so thankful for all of you that have entrusted me with capturing your memories! When I first started this business, I noticed how many photographers used the term “investment” to identify their pricing page and I thought that was interesting. It wasn’t until now that I look up at the photographs I’ve taken of my own little ones from years ago, that I truly understand the value of that term to describe photographs. Each year your little one grows older and loses that baby face or that toothless grin, that photo grows more valuable, that memory begins to fade and that photograph holds it in time.
I guess I’m a little sentimental with Christmas in a few days and a new year around the corner. I’m looking forward to another great year of photography, seeing new and returning clients.
I also have some exciting things in store for 2020 that I can’t wait to share!
