Each year I take on a limited number of First Year Baby Collective Members and it is seriously one of the BEST parts about my job. I love watching these little ones grow from itty bitty baby to walking, talking one year olds. I love it. What an incredible honor it is for me. You never comprehend how fast your little one grows until they arrive and you see and experience it with your very own eyes. It is a bittersweet time of soaking up the newborn snuggles and also watching them learn and grow.
