What is Prenatal Fitness?
Prenatal fitness helps expecting mothers with stretching, controlled breathing, and mental focus. It offers a variety of benefits for expectant mothers. Instructors work on pelvic alignment, stretching and strengthening the body, and breath-work to prepare for childbirth.
