As a baby photographer in South Huntsville, watching your babies grow throughout their first year is such a treat. Documenting memories with you through the First Year Collective is one of my favorite ways to ensure we get a little bit of sweetness from each new phase, and it creates a cohesive (and oh so precious) collection of portraits for your family to cherish forever. Starting with your maternity session through your baby’s first birthday, we will plan together to make sure we document each new milestone in a special way.
Of all of the milestones, the one-year milestone might be my favorite. During this season, your little one is learning so many new skills. They’re communicating in new ways and maybe even testing out their boundaries on the move. We’ll be sure to document their sweet little waves and blown kisses in their unique style. Let’s not forget the smash cake and bubble bath that are included in every one-year session. Portraits from this part of our session are always some of the sweetest.
One Year Session
This sweet little one loved his smash cake and was a big fan of the icing. Although, we’re pretty sure the bubbles were the biggest hit. He also really loved adding candles to the wooden toy cake all by himself. His adorable, wispy brown hair was so cute but his curious brown eyes stole the show. I love that these portraits really showed his budding personality. This was our third session together and it’s been so fun watching him grow this year.
I can’t believe he’s already a year old and doing so many “big boy” things. It’s truly amazing how quickly these little ones go from tiny babies to toddlers. Documenting these changes for you will forever be one of my greatest joys as a motherhood photographer.
