I couldn’t love this newborn session for the sweet Cordes family more. It was such a joy helping them welcome their new baby girl. These early days are some of my very favorites to document for you. Being welcomed into your home for your session as a newborn and motherhood photographer is extra special!
I love this option for families who want a more intimate feel for their sessions. It can be really special to be in your own home, surrounded by the walls of your own space. For some, it can be really lovely to have their home as the backdrop and it adds a more lifestyle feel to their portraits.
I love when families opt to include their precious fur babies in their sessions. For some, it can be challenging to have them in the studio, especially if they don’t love to travel. Including them can be a fun way to show them a little love during this new season.
The Tiny Details
This may be one of the most precious newborns I ever did see. This baby girl was so snuggly and slept for most of her session. She loved being wrapped up snug in the swaddles, and we pulled out all of my favorites for her session.
How sweet is the lace piece in her first few portraits? I loved the girly vibe of this session. Getting to play dress-up never starts too soon!
We were even able to document her sweet gaze toward the middle of her session. She was alert and as happy as could be!
I especially loved the detailed photos of her tiny features. Those little fingers and toes won’t be this small forever. It is all in the details for your newborn sessions, and I love helping you bring these memories to life in a form you can cherish forever.
