A fresh new year brings so many warm fuzzy feelings but it can be tempting to go full speed ahead. I’m so glad we opted for a few more days of rest. We are finally kicking off 2022 over here after a beautiful few weeks of rest and time with family. 2021 brought a few big moves for our family and we are so excited to continue settling into life here in Alabama. I couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome new Madison, Alabama newborn clients to the mix this year.
Fresh New Beginnings
I loved welcoming this precious family into the studio for their new baby girl’s newborn session. Nothing is sweeter than this kind of beginning, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to help them celebrate her sweet little life.
For their newborn session, Momma came to the studio with just baby girl, at first. Once they arrived, Momma settled in for a bit of pampering with hair and makeup. I love that she opted for a braid for her hair. It was the perfect half-up half-down look to pair with the gorgeous blue floral dress she chose from the client wardrobe.
While Mom was getting pampered, I started with individual photos of baby girl. Scheduling our session this way allows for Momma to have a few minutes to feel refreshed and taken care of. I love being able to create this experience for moms to feel a little extra love for all the love and care they give.
